Educational Assistant (EA)

Inspira STEAM Academy is seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant (EA) to support classroom instruction and student learning in a dynamic, bilingual STEAM-focused environment. A bilingual endorsement is not required for this position; however, bilingual skills are strongly preferred.

The Educational Assistant will work closely with the classroom teacher to support academic instruction, student engagement, and the overall classroom environment. Responsibilities include assisting with small-group activities, reinforcing lessons, supporting classroom routines, and helping create a positive, inclusive learning space where all students can thrive.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, patience, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset. The EA should be supportive of diverse learning needs, including special education practices, and committed to fostering a nurturing and respectful classroom culture.
